What is it?
Denplan Essentials is a maintenance plan that is easy to set-up. It covers 2 dental check-ups,2 dental hygiene visits and dental x-rays. patients don’t need to be ‘dentally fit’ to start the plan so they can sign up straight away.
How much is it ?
£15.99 per month
What does it include?
- Dental check-ups x2 per annum
- Dental hygiene visits x2 per annum
- Dental x-rays
- Preventive dental advice and therapy
- Patients will receive 10% off private treatments
What’s not included?
- Any restorative dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures
- Lab fees and prescriptions
- Any specified treatments you have excluded from your patient’s plan contract
- Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
- Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
- Treatment carried out anywhere else other than with you
- Extraction of wisdom teeth
